Tested before its shared

Vast majority of products have been tested in my own classroom before it is shared. If it hasn’t survived a real class period in my own room, it doesn’t go in the shop. No exceptions, no theoretical systems.

Fewer systems, done well

You don’t need ten new strategies. You need one or two that actually hold up- I’d rather hand you three great tools than thirty mediocre ones.

Honest, not polished

I’d rather tell you a system took three tries to get right than pretend everything works perfectly the first time. Teaching is messy- this site can be honest about that.
